Before course access begins
You may cancel your order and request a full refund any time before your course access starts. For pre-launch purchases, access starts on October 1, 2026. Contact syntaxai.support@gmail.com with your order email and order number.
After course access begins
Once your course access has started, the purchase is non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Each learner has access for 30 calendar days from their individual access start date.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where supported by the payment provider. Processing time depends on the provider and your bank. We will confirm the refund request by email.
